Samsung’s new top phone – the Galaxy S24 Ultra, is said to include considerable enhancements. Speculated to ship sometime in early 2024, Samsung’s forthcoming phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU, offer an enhanced AI-driven camera setup and possibly be flatter than its predecessors.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumored to sport an enhanced 200MP camera with AI capabilities. Samsung recently showcased a new video function named ‘ISOCELL Zoom Anyplace’. Combined with Qualcomm’s AI engine, the new function automatically finds a moving subject and follows it.
The business claims that it also prevents fast-moving subjects from going off-screen, giving users more time to focus on the video instead of having to track the subject.
With ISOCELL Zoom Anyplace, Samsung promises users will be able to parallelly capture the complete field of view as well as zoomed-in sections on movies in high definition.
The new sensor now gets in-sensor zoom, meaning if you zoom in 4x, the final image will be in the original 12.5MP instead of the prior 0.78MP. This means users won’t have to worry about any reduction in resolution while zooming in with the primary sensor.

The South Korean tech giant has introduced ‘End-to-End AI Remosaic’, a new feature it works by processing the raw data and ISP parallelly, which results in higher image quality and decreased shooting time.
As for the other sensors, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is supposed to have a new 50MP telephoto camera that delivers up to 5x zoom. However, the business is reported to bring over the 10MP periscope lens and the 12MP ultrawide camera from the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
While Samsung is yet to officially release the debut date for the Galaxy S24 series, word has it that the South Korean tech giant will introduce the new phones sometime in January 2024.
